In the last 3 months of 2022 and the first 3 months of 2023 I had weekly sessions in an isolation tank. This was followed by 5 weekly sessions of IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. Each IFS session was followed by 90 minutes in the flotation tank.
This experience was both life affirming and permanent.
